私は、BeautyJapanWellnessの大会に出場します。名古屋のHome＆nicoホールで2024年７月20日（土）に大会があります。
私は、病院に勤めていたときに職場の人に勧められてエントリーを決めました。勧められたときは、そんなものがあるのだという存在さえ知りませんでした。私はダンサーなので、周りには美しい人しかいません。美しい人が本物のダンサーだからです。人に感動を与えるために、心と身体を磨き続けるというのがスタンダードのダンサーが好きなので、そういうダンサーに師事しています。
Beautyだけを競う大会ならば、出場はしていません。私は、現在予防ケア事業の代表です。今回出場する大会は、BeautyJapanWellnessの大会です。ウェルネスという言葉に魅かれました。BeautyJapanWellnessのことをInstagramで調べました。
コンセプトが７つありました。そのコンセプトがとても気に入りました。私が、ダンスと看護のキャリアを築く上で、必要な要素だったからです。
７つのコンセプトとは、Beauty、Fashion、Entertainment、Culture、Sociality、Career、Independenceです。
美の定義は人それぞれ異なると思っています。私の美の定義は、「命の輝き」「生命の美しさ」です。生きているという奇跡、生きているということの価値と意味。それを追求、探求し、自己管理ができている人だけが得られるものだと思っています。
ファッションは、自分の魅力を自分で理解し、自分のことをプロデュースする力を必要とします。流行りのものにすべて影響を受けるのではなく、少し取り入れながら個性を表現することが大切だと思っています。私は、今、日本の魅力を世界に発信したいと考えていて、日本の文化、伝統芸能をファッションに取り入れることを意識しています。ファッションは、その人そのもの。自己表現の手段です。
エンターテイメントは、ダンスにも看護にも必要です。自分の心、想い、情熱を発信して、人に感動を与えるということが必要だからです。言葉、態度、ふるまい、知識、技術、コミュニケーション・・・。たくさんの武器が必要になります。これには、経験が必要ではないでしょうか？洗練された、磨き続けた技術でしか人を本当に心から感動させるということは出来ないと思います。
カルチャーは、多様性を担保し生き残ってきた生物がいろいろな領域、自分とは異なるものに触れることで、新たなものを創発するという可能性を秘めています。文化には、歴史があり、現在まで守って来たから存在する価値のあるもの。私は、守られ続いてきたものに加え、いろいろな文化に触れて、それを融合、調和させ、新たな価値を生むということが大切だと考えています。
ソーシャリティは、生存の確立を上げるためにヒトに備わった特性です。３人集まれば文殊の知恵という言葉が残っているように、一人で偏った思考と知識では何も生まれないけれど、人が増えると違う意見を取り込み、良いものを生み出すことができます。
キャリアは、経験。技術習得のための基本を大切にして、練習を積むということが必要になります。失敗を恐れず、実行を繰り返し、間違いを修正しながら自分を進化させる。努力と継続が必要になります。精度を高めるためにキャリアは必要です。私は、効率化、スピードを重視しています。少しのミスよりも先に進み続けることがこれからのビジネスでは重要になるという直観が働いています。空洞化した人材、サービスが現代社会。質がより求められる。私は、それを意識して、質の高い知識と技術の提供を行っています。
インディペンデンスは７つのコンセプトで最も重要だと思っています。人の意見に振り回されるのではなく、自分の望みを叶えるために、自分の心に従うということが成功には必要だと考えるからです。自分軸、自律という言葉が大好きです。インディペンデンスは「独立」と日本語に訳されます。独立している、自律している、自分軸があるからといって、しなやかでないわけではありまえん。独立した上で、他者の意見を受容し、お互いに高め合うというスタンスが大切だと思います。
この７つのコンセプトで競えるなら、受けて立つ。私は、自分との戦いに負ける気はしません。この大会に出場することで、より日本人女性を意識することが出来ています。
ウェルネスは現代社会の課題解決に最も重要な領域です。人の健康と地球の健康がイコールだからです。一人ひとりが心と身体のセルフケアを行うということが、環境保護、自然保護、地球貢献です。全ての人が地球に住む当事者です。すべての人がSDGｓ活動の当事者になれる活動がウェルネスです。私は、自分の予防ケア事業をそのように位置付けています。
BeautyJapanWellness2024では、私はダンスのパフォーマンスを披露します。この会場でしかお見せ出来ないダンスを踊ります。是非、会場に足を運び、ウェルネスで社会貢献する価値ある女性の応援をお願いします。

I will be competing in the BeautyJapanWellness competition. The competition will take place on Saturday 20 July 2024 at the Home & nico hall in Nagoya.
I decided to enter after being recommended to do so by someone at work when I was working at the hospital. When they recommended it to me, I didn’t even know it existed. I am a dancer, so I am surrounded by only beautiful people. Beautiful people are real dancers. I like dancers whose standard is to keep improving their mind and body in order to impress others, so I study under such dancers.
If it was a competition only for Beauty, I would not be competing. I am currently the head of a preventive care business. The competition I am competing in is the BeautyJapanWellness competition. I was fascinated by the word wellness, so I looked up BeautyJapanWellness on Instagram.
There were seven concepts. I loved the concepts. They were the elements I needed to build a career in dance and nursing.
The seven concepts are Beauty, Fashion, Entertainment, Culture, Sociality, Careers and Independence.
I believe that everyone has a different definition of beauty. My definition of beauty is the sparkle of life, the beauty of life. The miracle of being alive, the value and meaning of being alive. I believe that only those who pursue and explore this and have self-discipline can attain it.
Fashion requires the ability to understand one’s own attractiveness and produce one’s own thing. I believe it is important not to be influenced by everything that is trendy, but to express one’s individuality while incorporating a little of it. I am now conscious of incorporating Japanese culture and traditional arts into fashion, as I want to convey the charm of Japan to the world. Fashion is the person itself. It is a means of self-expression.
Entertainment is necessary for both dancing and nursing. It is necessary to transmit one’s heart, thoughts and passion to impress others. Words, attitude, behaviour, knowledge, skills, communication… You need a lot of weapons. This requires experience, doesn’t it? I believe that only refined and continually refined skills can truly and genuinely move people.
Culture has the potential to create new things by exposing living organisms, which have survived by ensuring diversity, to different areas and to things that are different from themselves. Culture has a history and a value that exists because it has been protected up to the present day. I believe that it is important to be exposed to various cultures in addition to those that have been protected and continued to exist, to fuse and harmonise them, and to create new values.
Sociality is a trait that humans have in order to increase their chances of survival, and as the saying goes, ‘three people are a match made in heaven’, so when one person has biased thoughts and knowledge, nothing can be created, but when there are more people, different opinions can be taken in and good things can be created.
Career is experience. It is necessary to take care of the basics of acquiring skills and practice. Do not be afraid to fail, repeat the process of execution, correct mistakes and evolve yourself. It requires effort and continuity. A career is necessary to improve accuracy. I am all about efficiency and speed. I have an intuition that it will be important in the future of business to keep moving ahead rather than making little mistakes. Hollowed-out human resources and services are the modern world. Quality is more demanded.
I am aware of this and am committed to providing quality knowledge and skills.
Independence is the most important of the seven concepts. I am not driven by the opinions of others, but by following my own heart in order to fulfil my own desires, because I believe that this is necessary for success. We love the words ‘self-direction’ and ‘autonomy’. Independence translates to ‘independence’ in Japanese. Being independent, autonomous and self-directed does not mean that you are not flexible. I think it is important to be independent, but also to be receptive to the opinions of others and to enhance each other.
If I can compete with these seven concepts, I will take it. I do not feel like I am losing the battle against myself. By competing in this competition, I am more aware of Japanese women.
Wellness is the most important area for solving the challenges of modern society. This is because the health of people equals the health of the planet. Each individual’s self-care of mind and body is a contribution to environmental protection, nature conservation and the planet. Every person is a party to living on the planet. Wellness is an activity in which every person can be a party to SDG activities. I position my preventive care business as such.
At BeautyJapanWellness2024 I will be presenting a dance performance. I will be dancing a dance that I can only show you at this venue. Please come to the venue and support worthy women who contribute to society through wellness.
